1. Who We Are
DigiPrint.Cloud ("we", "our") operates a private document-assistance and PVC printing platform for registered retail partners. We are not a government website and are not affiliated with UIDAI, NSDL, UTIITSL, ECI, Parivahan, NPCI or CSC e-Governance.
2. Data We Process
Partner data: name, shop name, mobile, email, state and wallet transaction records — used for account operation, invoicing and support. End-customer documents: processed transiently only to generate print-ready output after the customer's OTP/biometric consent; document files auto-purge after the short download window and are not used for any other purpose.
3. Legal Basis & Consent
Every document retrieval requires the document holder's explicit consent via official OTP/biometric flows. Partners are contractually bound to obtain such consent before initiating any service.
4. What We Never Do
- We never sell, rent or trade personal data.
- We never support "without OTP/biometric" access.
- We never retain end-customer documents beyond the operational window.
5. Security
Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), access is role-restricted, and wallet operations are logged. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to support@digiprint.cloud.
6. Cookies
The public website uses only essential, first-party cookies/storage for basic functionality. No advertising trackers are used on this site.
7. Your Rights
Partners may request access, correction or deletion of their account data by writing to support@digiprint.cloud from their registered email/mobile. Deletion is subject to statutory record-keeping requirements.
