1. Acceptance
By registering on or using DigiPrint.Cloud (including app.digiprint.cloud), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Nature of Service
We provide a facilitation dashboard that (a) helps retrieve a citizen's own documents from official portals/APIs strictly with that citizen's OTP/biometric consent, and (b) formats them into print-ready layouts. We are not a government body and issue no government documents ourselves.
3. Partner Obligations
- Obtain the document holder's informed consent before every transaction.
- Never attempt bypass, scraping, record alteration, impersonation or bulk misuse.
- Keep login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your ID.
- Comply with all applicable laws including the Aadhaar Act, IT Act and DPDP Act.
4. Prohibited Use
Any "without OTP/biometric" request, fraud, stalking, harassment, identity misuse, resale of raw data, or use on behalf of non-consenting persons results in immediate permanent suspension and forfeiture of wallet balance, and may be reported to authorities.
5. Wallet & Charges
Services are prepaid via wallet. Charges apply per successful output as per the live in-dashboard rate card, which may change with notice inside the dashboard. Failed transactions auto-reverse per the Refund Policy.
6. Availability
Upstream government portals may face downtime beyond our control; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific service.
7. Intellectual Property
The platform, brand, layouts and content are our property. Government document formats belong to their respective issuing authorities; our layouts merely reproduce officially issued documents for the consenting holder.
8. Disclaimer & Liability
The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the wallet amount paid by you in the preceding 30 days. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms. You may close your account anytime by written request.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
